Moldum

Coming from Post Haste? Moldum is the next step.

Post Haste (Digital Rebellion) taught a whole generation of editors and photographers to start every project from a folder template. Moldum keeps that idea and adds what everyone ended up missing: the documents inside the folders get filled in too, the projects get numbered, and the template knows what each field is.

Post Haste column: what Digital Rebellion LLC states on its product page (September 2026); “—” means the feature is not mentioned there. The row about fields was checked on Post Haste 2.4.3 for Windows: the template (.pht) holds only the folder tree, and the fields are a single list in the Windows registry, shared by every template. Post Haste is a product of Digital Rebellion LLC; Moldum is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, Digital Rebellion.

Bring your templates over, in one click

Open Templates

In Moldum, go to the Templates section and press “Import from Post Haste…”.

Pick the .pht folder

Moldum opens your Post Haste templates folder (Documents › Digital Rebellion › Post Haste › Templates). Choose one.

Done

The tree and the fields it uses become a Moldum template. Set the destination folder and, if you want, a category to number your projects.

Questions from Post Haste users

Do my Post Haste parameters survive?

Yes, the ones that template uses: every bracketed placeholder in folder and file names becomes a Moldum field. Since Post Haste keeps one parameter list for all templates, Moldum keeps only the ones that template needs; you can add the rest whenever you want.

Can I keep using Post Haste too?

Of course. Importing copies the template; the original stays untouched.

What does the free version include?

Folder templates with parameters, plus filled-in documents, numbering and history, with unlimited projects and up to two templates of your own. Pro removes the template limit and unlocks the rest, for €9.99 + VAT once.
